Almond Flour Brownies recipe/ Brownie Recipe.

Ingredients:


Almond Flour - 11/2 cups

Cocoa powder - 3/4 cup

Egg - 3

Sugar - 1 1/4 Cup (I used Brown sugar)

Butter - 5 tbsp ( softened)

Salt - 1/2 tsp

Baking powder - 1tsp

Chocolate chips - 1/4 cup

Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp


Steps:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease the pan with butter and line it with parchment paper

  2. In a bowl, add the wet ingredients such as butter, sugar, vanilla extract, eggs, and mix it well.

  3. Now add the dry ingredients cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, salt, and stir gently.

  4. Add the chocolate chips and mix well.

  5. Pour mixture into the pan and put it in the oven. Cook for 35 - 40 minutes. Insert a toothpick to check if it's fully cooked or not. The toothpick should come out clean.

  6. Let it cool down for 15 minutes.

Brownies freeze well. If made in large batches cover them in a tightly wrapped bag and freeze it. It can be stored up to 2 to 3 months.
