Baked Cauliflower/ Cauliflower Fry.

Ingredients:


Cauliflower - 1 small (Cut into medium-sized florets)

Turmeric - 1/2 tsp

Red chili powder - 1 1/2 tsp

Coriander powder -1 tsp

Garam masala - 1/2 tsp

Corn flour - 1 tsp

Besan flour - 1tsp

Rice flour - 1tsp

oil - 1 tbsp

water - 1 tbsp

Salt - as per taste


Steps:

  1. Boil water in the pan and add little salt and turmeric powder. Add the florets and let it boil for 3 minutes. Switch off the stove and strain it immediately

  2. In a bowl add the florets, add in all the powder mentioned in the ingredients with a tbsp of oil and water and mix it well. Adjust the salt now. Let it sit for 15 minutes

  3. Preheat the oven to 400F. In a baking tray, spray some oil and add the florets.

  4. Keep it in the oven and cook for 20 minutes.


Enjoy the baked cauliflower!
